Dr. Beáta Kispál

Beáta graduated from the University of Miskolc's Faculty of State and Law.

In 2008, he took part in the liquidation and asset supervision specialist training of the BCE Economic Further Education Institute of Corvinus University.

Since 2018, Chamber Legal Adviser, member of the Budapest Bar Association.

He is a restructuring and insolvency expert and carries out significant professional and academic activities.

2011-2014 was a member of the Ethics Committee of the National Association of Liquidators and Asset Supervisors, 2014-2017. held the position of chairman of the Ethics Committee between

2017-2021 was the Deputy President of the National Association of Liquidators and Property Supervisors.

In 2018, at the request of the University of Miskolc, he did research work for the preparation of the new insolvency law, during which he was one of the professional authors of the study volume. 2018-2019 represented the National Association of Liquidators and Asset Supervisors, participated in the Ministry of Justice preparatory workshops for the new insolvency law. After that, in 2020, he worked as an instructor on the Corporate Legal Specialist course.

Since 2020, the Professors have been opponents of doctoral publications within the framework of the European Association for Hungary.

In 2022, he participated in the research of the National Public Service University on the topic "The impact of foreign currency loans on the Hungarian economy".

2020-2023. published numerous economic and legal articles.

He participated in the development of a guide commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture with the involvement of the members of the KSZGYSZ Damage Remediation and Damage Prevention working group , which is a professional material for liquidators on the procedure to be followed during liquidation procedures when dealing with environmental burdens.

Santerra Magyarország Kft. was a cooperating partner of the Belgian company Santerra regarding projects in Hungary.

In connection with his academic work, in November of this year, he became a member of the board and then the legal vice-president of the board of the Professors' Association for European Hungary, recognizing his activities so far.

Beáta has more than 25 years of experience in the field of operating, reorganizing and developing companies. He still provides comprehensive legal and economic consulting through his own consulting company (Leascenter Kft.).

He has business negotiation skills in German. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of insolvency and reorganization, with more than 1,000 completed cases. Restructuring expert, specialized in the management and reorganization of small and medium-sized companies, final settlements in the private and public sector, consulting activities.

Luca graduated from Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law and Political Science in Law in 2019. The subject of his diploma thesis: Bankruptcy - Restoring the solvency of natural persons

After that, he completed the economic mediator training at the Umathum Mediator Academy, where he graduated in 2014.

English: has a C1 higher level complex language exam.

He spent his professional practice as an intern at Leascenter Befektetési és Kereskedelmi Kft., after which his workplace was also our company. He helped our work as a legal assistant and legal lecturer. His task was:

  • preparation of liquidation, bankruptcy and liquidation materials

  • preparation and review of contracts

  • contact with courts and authorities

  • enforcement of claims

Later, he also worked at the National Accreditation Authority as a legal officer. His duties included:

  • legal review and opinion of decisions

  • preparation and review of document samples

  • legal control and preparation of contracts and agreements

  • preparation and review of internal instructions and regulations

  • monitoring legislative changes

  • legal consultancy activity

  • tasks supporting activity

  • examination of appeal submissions, preparation of related materials and decisions

  • commenting on draft regulations prepared by international organizations in English

He also gained significant experience as an internal auditor at MÁV-START Zrt.

  • carrying out inspections, carrying out on-topic and out-of-order investigations by management decision, preparing reports
